Certified as an IPMA-Accredited Project Director, Independent Director (IICA), IOSH & NEBOSH safety professional, and DuPont-certified Safety Trainer, his leadership philosophy integrates technical precision with people-centric execution.
Incorporated in 2024 under the HEFT Group, HEFT Energy was founded to address a critical industry gap. As OEMs transitioned from turnkey EPC delivery to equipment-only supply, independent power producers continued to seek integrated execution partners. Rajakumar recognised this disconnect early. Backed by decades of crane operations and wind installation experience, he envisioned an EPC organisation capable of bridging ambition with on-ground delivery—safely, efficiently, and at scale.
